Dates: Thursdays starting on 10/1 and ending on 11/12

Timing: 30 Minute Workblocks, 9:30 AM / 1:30 PM MT

  • Alternating between AM & PM windows each week

  • 9:30-10 AM MT & 1:30-2:00 PM MT

Homework Time Commitment

You will have between 1-2 hours of session prep work each week. A detailed syllabus & instructions will be provided one week before the program begins.

Small-Group Cohorts

You will be assigned to a small group at the beginning of the program for additional connection & accountability — how often, when, and where you connect is up to you.

  • If your brand or agency would consider going to Outdoor Retailer (when it was in its heyday), the X Games, or similar events, then you’re likely a fit - hike, bike, snow, adventure travel, nutrition, media & PR agencies, etc. If you’re still not sure, we recommend that you apply!

  • There will be future cohorts for folks wanting to break into the Outdoor Industry - this specific workshop is designed for individuals who already have experience working in this space, can share the power of their network, and provide more specific insights during group exercises.

  • There will be different versions of this same workshop running in 2027 — this inaugural cohort will be the lowest price that Jeni and her team offers.

  • The workshop will be capped at 20 people.

  • Conflicts happen - if you miss a group session, it will be recorded so you can watch it on your own timeline. Your small-group cohort can support you in catching you up on what you missed.

  • Office hours are optional — they’re available if you want additional support, have questions, or just want more time to connect with others in the cohort.

  • Applying is simple. Complete this application form to ensure you’re a fit for the program — if accepted, Jeni will walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • Yes! On top of the Early Bird rate, you can layer on both a referral pro deal and a buddy pass discount.

  • All major credit cards and ACH will be accepted.

  • Because this workshop is only open to 20 people, there will be no refunds once the program begins. You can continue to work through the curriculum on your own and leverage your small group cohort and office hours for support.

  • The early bird rate is $1,199 paid up front or a $299 deposit plus $125/week for 8 weeks.

  • Google Workspace — including Google Meet for sessions/office hours and Docs for homework.

    Slack for asynchronous connections and support outside of sessions/office hours.

  • This workshop is for lifting others up, not tearing them down. If you’re reported for being a jerk, you will receive one warning. If there is a second incident, you will be removed from the program without a refund.

  • You’ll have three options to continue getting support:

    • Schedule a Mock Interview with Jeni’s team

    • Continue Office Hours & Slack Community (included for 3 months)
